Rustlabs shows horse poop at a 1 hour despawn, after logging in after 9 hours offline i collected over 300 from my 4 horses, and with the vanilla poop rate of 6 minutes, the calculator shows 360, so it lines up about right with no despawn.
Posting in case this is unintentional.
