Hot air balloon hit box issue

Two players today reported issues with flying a mini heli over a deflated hot air balloon. The first crashed to the ground and died and then saw the balloon, the second started to crash and jumped and ended up suspended mid air over the balloon. The player floating is not an admin but was suspended in a no clip fashion.
