Lost Instant Craft

Had a player on US-Survival lose their instant craft (still had every other VIP perk), they logged once and it didn't fix it but when they killed themselves and stopped the crafting it was fixed.

The issue WAS FIXED, but figured it should be logged in case anyone else had the same issue.
