Lost Items After Logging Off

So yesterday (August 11) I logged off in the second floor on my base. When I logged on today it said I was killed by a wolf, and when I respawned to check my last death location marked on the map was not near my base and in an open field that I was in about 10 minutes prior to logging off. Idk if the server had maintenance or had a restart but it just seems that after I logged off my character got moved 10 minutes back and into an open field, where ofc a "wolf" killed me. This also happened to a friend of mine, same issue, last death location in an open field not near base and logged of on the second floor so I know it wasn't due to an animal clipping through/ glitching to kill us through a wall.
