Hobo Barrels do not have the problem.
Refineries no longer have the ability to multi-stack, which means any pipes must be set to single-stat to work, but fuel cannot be piped from PJ to Refinery, it just stays stuck in the PJ.
Refineries have only 1 input area, with 3 output, so instead of having 2 refineries that can pump out LGF, [5 slots], it now takes 10 refineries...providing the pipe from PJ to refinery works.
