New Event command issues kit & Spectator

With Spectator set players spawn with fresh spawn gear bow and Rustez cloths.  

With kit set players first spawn in correctly after death they get the bow and cloths in bag, Only kit cloths copy over.

With kit and spectator on player come back in Fresh spawn gear.  

Also please note Revive button stuck on screen as well
