New free /home world TPs to Outpost and Bandit on US Scourge is killing a lot of players

Because it's Scourge you're almost constantly killing some NPC and are considered hostile by bandit/outpost. Normally this isn't a major issue but myself and many others have been forgetting about the minute timer then just teleporting into these places and dying.

Suggestion: Move the TP Location just outside either of these places.
