No decay after zombie destroys tc

There doesn't seem to be any decay after a zombie destroys a TC. Don't know if it's still pulling from from the ghost of the TC or if it freezes the decay.

This is a vanilla rust mechanic, when a TC is destroyed it consumes the resources to protect the building from decay for 24 hours.
