not authorized to pick up Deluxe Xmas Lights purchased from black market

GreasedMonkey and Reva having the same issue. Problem happens with both lights bought from /shop and ones I made and gave to Greased Monkey. 

Using admin tools shows that both the floor and the lights have the same player ID. I can pick them up with normal wooden hammer once i'm on the TC. 

Also had a player make their own lights, and they also can not pick up their own lights. 

No obvious issue with proximity with monuments or pumpjacks etc.

Sorry I should have mentioned the fix will only apply to newly placed segments. We weren't able to apply the fix to existing lights as a baseplayer nearby is required for the fix.

@DeathJust received a report from a player that this is happening again since wipe.

This is happening again to players this wipe. Au Scourge.

I am not able to recreate this on AU Scourge, after placing down a string of them I can look at the controller and use the building hammer to pick them up with E again.

If this is still happening to anyone could you please include more details;
- crafted by you (blueprint owned)
- crafted by another player (blueprint not owned)
- purchased from blackmarket
- what are you using to pick them up
- are they an existing or freshly placed
anything else you may think is relevent..

@Elixil3You won't be able to personally recreate this without an alt account as admin perms will allow you to pick them up. I've received a number of reports of this happening since wipe and the fix was released prior to wipe.
I've seen players use their own crafted, crafted by someone else and bought from /shop all having this issue, a lot of the players experiencing it now are resorting to destroying the control box to remove the light string if an admin is not available at the time.

Yeah I've used a alt account and get the error. I will add it back to the task board to get looked into again.

Seems to also be bugged in the January wipe. Players can't pick them up after placing them on EU Scourge.
