Overexcessive fuel usage on RHIB's

It seems that RHIB's are taking ALOT more than the 15 LGF/min they usually take, as earlier today I tossed 20 fuel in, within 20 or less seconds it was drained, and only took me 2-3 squares (or across a small lake), normal fuel usage would be double/triple this.

Attempted to replicate bug on US Scourge. Used a RHIB from a boat signal. Timed 1 minute, only 14 fuel used, which is as expected.

Will add to the ticket if anyone else reports similar issues.
