Patrol heli dropping incorrect crates

confirmed on next heli. it drops 3 elite crates, not 4 heli crates. 

I did also see that the heli crate was supposed to be remodeled this month but at any rate if this is correct visually there's still only 3 crates instead of 4 (unless the quantity has been changed as well)

That is the correct visual for the crates since the change but no commits commenting on the number of crates.
