People losing low grade fuel.

Happened again this morning.

Left 20k in 2 pumpjacks. Logged in for 6000, missing the remainder in LGF.
 

Can verify that I lost 35k lgf

Lost another ~35k lgf overnight

I have lost lgf as well.  Seems like we should not be running these overnight.

i have an instance, where all 3 pumps have the same output, but 2 of them have lost lgf and one has the correct amount of lgf to crude. 

I lost some more last night so my best guess is that I'm still down 32K after Death gave me 20K yesterday.  Thanks.

Left my Lvl 3 PJ running last night with over 20k LGF running, with my 15k Crude standing by to be looted.

Logged in about 12:30 PM today, less than 15k LGF running, and only 7k Crude found.

Virgoth was nice enough to give me the difference of ~30K that I should've yielded.

Hope this get's resolved, and be sure to keep up the good work. You folks are awesome.

I was offline for 24ish hours, when I logged in this morning my Pumpjack only had 17k crude with the corresponding lgf expended.  

Question: can I get store credit for next wipe?  This level of loss of productivity is getting ridiculous.

I'm losing lgf on (US) survival. Actually, the lgf seems to immediately disappear when starting the PJ.

This has been happening to me nightly.  I've lost about 30k just in LGF and who knows in unrefined while the pumpjack is running and I am logged off.  Checked both contents and they are still not shareable.

Also, my pumpjack was level 2 and now it is level 1.

I see that this is in an open status, but again I am missing my MIni Heli as well that I had purchased with credits, it was in my Backpack when the crash took place.
