Just verified power plant is full and red recycler is at 75%. Verified Abandoned super market is at 60%. The personal recyclers I place at my base are at 50%. All right now.........so the one placed at my base is not as the map. Other players have the same issue. One player has 2 at 60% and 1 at 60%.
