Pipes only take 1 item type from quarry output

Im piping to a small wooden box, I tried removing and re adding pipes, tried just quarry to 1 box, still does it.

I even moved the quarry.

I've tried with a large box, still the same effect.

With some discussion and experimentation, this seems to be caused by the new rates on pipes.
As a "solution" I ended up having a pipe for each ore product, and 4 pipes just for stone coming off the quarry all filtered.
Not to mention the extra piping for processing each ore.

So the "Solution" to pipe lag, is more pipes...
