Player base purged while online (AU Pure)

We had a player login today and complain that his base was gone, and upon reviewing the logs it looks like it was purging his base while he was logged in.

Screenshots attached from BM (hiding topic due to using BM logs).

Can this be looked into at all? Its the day before wipe so not a huge deal - but having a base purged while they are online is concerning - though looking at the items destroyed I can't see a TC so I'm gathering its that. Would just like confirmation!

If they join after the purge has begun there's no way of stopping it unfortunately. That's very dumb luck on their end.
