Players dying in their bases on EU Pure

A few players have reported that they have died once disconnecting in their bases. They are well inside the base when it happens. Most people realise that this is an issue and have been placing things in their boxes before disconnecting. However there are a few that aren't and it has become an issue.

Do they happen to log out while sitting on something (chairs/sofa) by chance? I've found that to be related on occasion.
