Possible bug, however we can't duplicate it w/o the Event or Daily reward screen to test.
The old Halloween loot bag offered on the Event/Daily reward is no longer in game. This could be the reason we had a player from the event stuck on the reward screen (when they clicked to claim the loot bag as their prize). They had to relog to fix.
The item "halloween.lootbag" is now the "Large Loot Bag" from the Trick or Treat event. Could replace reward option with lootbag.small?
