Pumpjack not outputting correct amount

Hello, I have a lvl 20 pumpjack that is only outputting 20 crude per tick instead of the 150 it says it should. It is only taking 20 LGF as well. This is on US Survival.

Actually, it says production 200 so shouldn't that be 200 crude per tick? It's still showing 20 crude, and only using 20 LGF per tick.

The number on the hud is PPM (Production Per Minute)
