Quarry level up not working - AU Survival

I leveled up a 1.3 HQ per minute quarry three times on AU Survival, and it was producing as it should. For the past 3 or 4 days, I've noticed a drop-off in the amount of HQ ore produced. I finally tested it for 5 minutes just now, and it only produced 7 HQ ore in 5 minutes or 1.4 hq per minute. I'm pretty sure my sulfer upgrade is also not working anymore. My HQ quarry is in T21 on AU Survival if you'd like to test it.
