Re spawn not working for some players - us scourge

Not able to reproduce. There is one possibility that the player was in an event, died and then disconnected. This would prevented the system from removing them from the temporary revive blacklist that is applied when a player joins an event.

Ask them if they had recently been apart of an event prior to this issue occurring.
