Recyclers not holding gunpowder - US Survival

Player BigJuicyTaco and myself have noted personal deployable recyclers spit out gunpowder after processing. Tried picking up/replacing, re-running pipes with the same outcome. This only seems to be the case with gunpowder, other items remain in the recycler.
