Recycling Hazmat suits for VIP recycler outputs inconsistent

Not sure if its a bug or if its an intentional behaviour.

When recycling hazmat suits the number output for items is different.

If I place 1 hazmat suit into the recycler, the output is 3 tarp, 1 sewing kit & 4 HQM.

If I place 4 hazmat suits into the recycler, one suit each into individual slots, the output is 12 tarp, 4 sewing kit & 16 HQM.

If I place 4 hazmat suits in the recycler, stacked into one slot, the output is 10 tarp, 4 sewing kit & 16 HQM.

Note: I have that many hazmat suits as I collect them from day 1 of wipe, give quite a few away and don't recycle them until end of wipe.

I have noticed this with other stacked items if they are recycled as a stack - you get less of a component  back if they stacked than if they are individually recyled.
