Reload a weapon while looking at the map

I recently found out this bug:

When i reload any weapon by pressing R it starts to reload. (Weird huh?)

While reloading pressing G for showing the map the reload goes on but the gun wouldn't be reloaded.

When opening the map there is always a little stutter as well, might be a problem too?
