Report Player option just links to Ban/Mute Appeals

Tried to report a player this morning and the Report Player drop down in the top menu just links to the Ban/Mute Appeals section of the forums. It seems like it should bring up the same kind of form that the report a bug or report a server fault does.

Fixed = The issue has been fixed and the resolution will be available in the next version.

Released = The fix has been released and is now live.

Closed = Feedback or opinion better posted on our forum for discussion. Also for reports we cannot reproduce or need more information. In this case just add a comment and we will review it again.
