Salvage hammer no longer working on clones

Really hoping this is a bug and not a nerf.

Yep doing more searching and it looks like Facepunch removed the hitbox on the clones so there is nothing to hit anymore. People on vanilla complaining of not being able to destroy plants either.

So looks like a change we'll have to live with.
