Salvage hammer returns items to full durability

When using a salvage hammer to remove items, it shows durability loss when hit, but durability is full when item is returned to player inventory.

Tested on various items: Pookie, small furnace, box, large furnace, oil refinery, stone gate, vending machine.

Also verified as an issue on US Scourge
