Siege weapons price incorrect on tech tree.

the tech tree shows the catapult at 138 scrap, after testing i found it to unlock and deduct 550 scrap. i was also unable to purchase the mounted ballista at the listed price as well.

This appears to be fixed in the latest lot of patches, I just purchased everything for the values listed in the tech tree
