TC Range Doubled, but not showing up on 'Building Privilege'

Basically, the double range is invisible. The old range is showing via 'building privilege' but then when it fades or disappears, the range is still active, but we can't see it.

Makes for a difficult placing of a TC [either to protect a PJ or Mining Quarry for #Survival OR to know that if you place right on the edge of the roadway, that your TC extends to the other side of the Roadway/River blocking someone else]
