Teleport Death

I was trying to teleport from my base to bandit camp when the screen froze and I was booted from the game. Steam forced a game update on me before I could log back in. When I finally was able to log in, Rust informed me I was dead. I was killed by 'KillerName' with 'KillerWeapon' and there was no death marker on the map. Alexa tried to locate my body/bag but was unsuccessful. I lost everything including cash shop items. Alexa advised me only the cash shop items can be replaced. [5 Supply Drops and a Nest Hat] The pumpjack, L96 and lanterns were left at the base, so they are safe.
