Every time I teleport on EU Survival, I wake up slightly under my bed. This starts shaking me, and I quickly die. I tried pulling up my beds, and re-placing them, to no avail. At Leafbower's suggestion, I am switching over to sleeping bags. They aren't as comfortable, and I hope this problem is addressed soon.
