Throwing Weapon Bug

Throwing weapon, cause the weapon to disappear after its being thrown leaving behind the weapon in the air. I confirm with another player who had it happen to them as they were throwing it at each other for fun, He threw his pickaxe and it disappear. Relogging fixes the visual but the bug is still there and the thrown weapon is 100% vanish or removed from the game. there are 2 videos. 

EDIT: Some of the players when they throw their weapon it acts as normal. But the others dont, as their weapon disappear or glitched out.
