unable to loot all Brad crates

this might be related:  new instance:  player threw a Bradley signal, but a non-team member killed the signal.  Patrol heli naturally spawned in.  Player who threw the Brad signal was killed by patrol heli before being able to loot Brad crates.  Player teleported to another location to fight the same natural patrol heli that had killed them.  When player returned to Launch to loot the crates from the Bradley signal they had thrown but not gotten a hit on,  player was unable to loot the Bradley crates from the signal they had thrown earlier.
