Unable to open Backpack

Reported by Rubberduck, noted in BM by other players (and also on my own account).

- Since update backpack won't open (with keybind or /backpack)
- Some players with a working backpack have reported the Share button showing when they access it.

Have tried respawn/relog and this did not fix the backpack not working issue.
