Unable to see yellow NPC dot if logged in after spawn

A player has reported that their mini was destroyed while flying, but they could not see the yellow dot on the map because they had logged in after the garrison had spawned. This is an assumption based on previous reports.

They were able to see the crate.

Not a bug. It's to prevent players from attempting to do a Garrison right before its despawn timer.
