Unable to upgrade personal Mining Quarry

Since yesterdays maintenance restart I have been unable to upgrade my level 1 mining quarry, the interface buttons to do so are missing.

As an experiment i used some low grade, it runs but the fuel is not being consumed and nothing is being produced at all.

I have tried picking it up and re-placing, when done no quarry is returned to inventory.

I probably shouldn't have tried multiple times but it's eaten several quarrys now
