I wanted to test how much difference a Quarry level 3 produced, so I purchased 200 sheet metal from Outpost and upgraded one of my quarries twice (US Survival) Unfortunately, my quarry remained at level 2. I don't want to be reimbursed or anything. I just wanted the devs to know a double upgrade didn't work for me. Will purchase more sheet metal and try again.

My bad. I see now quarries start out at level 0. Everything is working fine.
