electrical/water circuits have been reported as lagging on US Pure. after getting the chance to log on and test things out i found a delay of 30-40 minutes for items in a circuit to turn on after the switch being thrown with another 30-40 minute delay for the next item in the circuit to turn on. rinse and repeat for the rest of the circuit.

monuments are also effected.
