US SURVIVAL. Massive FPS Lag hole on map

SO I did mention this in help on discord, but will make it official.

So there is a  small circular area on the map that was there right at wipe BEFORE any building took place., that gives a MASSIVE FPS drop. I ran through it & it put me down to 2 FPS & I could barely move.

It seems to be in one exact spot everything else around it is fine. 

I put a tall Barrier wall right where it starts to let people know. not to walk there.  

Maybe some kind of Memory leak ?

I have marked on the map where is is for you , you can see where I am standing with marker.
