Someone is buying items from my vendy but there is no scrap when i check it and the the items are gone. I have lost 15,940 Low Grade fuel in two days. I have it listed at 3 LGF for 1 Scrap, so 5300 scrap is missing.

Sounds like that bug where it's falling out the back for some reason.
