VIP/Subscriber Issues (For Admin Role)

Does not appear to be an issue for players, only admin role (or possibly heads?).

- I do not have access to use /vip on US Scourge. When I use this perk, I get the "Upgrade to unlock perks..." message.
- Other VIP perks, like instacraft, full backpack and /rec work fine.
- On the other servers I checked (where I play but do not have admin priv), I do not have the smexy pink subscriber role colour in game chat.
