Wandering Quarries?

Placed a quarry. Non-ubered high qual quarry. It vanished. So, did a test. Placed 6 quarries, simple test, on non ubered areas. One is missing completely.

One … ahm.. well.. See the picture. (Also see that it actually finished running till full.)

Not sure what happened, but, seems... odd.
