Water Barrels Not Working

I'm able to leave my sprinklers on perpetually because water is not being drawn from the barrels. Visually, the sprinklers are sprinkling water, but not actually putting water into the planters. This obviously makes large farming very difficult. Yesterday, I managed to resolve this by turning my main pumps off and on again.

It's probably an issue on Rust's end, but I wanted to bring it to attention just in case. If there's anything else I can provide, let me know.
