  • When logged on was naked on beach

    This is the 2nd time this has happened to me.

    First time was 6/4.

    Earlier this afternoon, I logged off while in my base. Because of the first time that this happened and I lost significant inventory, I dumped all of my inventory and clothes before logging off.

    When I just logged on a few minutes ago, I was on a beach (generic spawn point?) on the other side of the map. Combatlog shows not death.

    Just to confirm could you please tell me a couple of things;
    - what server you are playing on?
    - grid location? (screen shot of your map would be nice)
    - any monuments close by?

    The us survival admins are already looking into this an they had the player file a bug report so if need be death can loon further into it

    So far, it's only happened twice... so doesn't seem to be a frequent occurrence. There nothing apparent to me that triggers it though.

    Hello, I had the exact same thing happen to me.   I asked in Chat and Alexanightfire asked me to add my story to this.

    I was on [US] RustEZ Scourge PvE | Zombie           Alexa said the logs state I was killed by a wolf around 11pm.  

    I used /home to teleport to my home and I logged out to join the non-zombie RustEZ server and create my first base. I assume log in times can be audited and compared to the time of death on the Zombie server.  Hopefully, anyway.

    I lost about 790 diesel fuel and an M249.  The rest is arbitrary.   

    I was second guessing myself but then my son stated that I teleported home and logged right out to join the other server, so it was witnessed.... for what it's worth. 😃

    It appears my death marker is my base per the below screen shot.

    I was at the Giant Excavator before teleporting back.

    Just released a few edge case bug fixes that caused random deaths. Unsure if this fixes this issue but since this bug report is so old I'm going to go ahead and mark as fixed.
