zombie doesnt take dmg

please note the first 8 lines all head shots and look at distance you can clearly see the zombie running towards me yet his old and new hp dont change one bit...

def some kind of running/walking bug... only once the zombie reached my "entity" - hitting distance i assume, could i do dmg to it and kill it this ONLY applies to

a zombe that is running towards me after i have agro'd it from its agro distance...
