Banned Sneaky turtle

while checking on new players, I came across sneaky turtle repeatedly attempting to break into players bases by smashing the walls and doors with rocks. I followed him around for awhile as he went from base to base attempting to break down walls. After witnessing him jump into a players base, i teleported him outside and informed him to stop breaking into players bases as that kind of behavior is not allowed. Shortly after that i went to assist another player, when i was done helping that player i teleported back to sneaky turtle and found him in another players base. He attempted to break down the windows when he could not get back outside and then logged off in that player's base. Pictures are as follows.
