Dr. Steve Brule stood still by my base while the heli is out

Is this right?

As you can see he has a rifle of some kind and standing still by some ones base? 

I told him its not cool but he run away.

 

Please let me know. If its right or not?

Having a weapon on your back doesn't necessarily means it is in his hotbar as it shows regardless as long as it's in your inventory. I'm sure he may have been using the base to restrict line of sight to prevent being aggroed. I don't think @Dr. Steve Brule was doing it to be malicious.

Heli was nowhere near us. That was when I was removing gear. Hence the no beanie.
