Banned on Pure Plainwaffles

Additional Info: Blackhawk  stated they had items stolen from a pumpjack and quarry, both behind a fence  and when I went to check it out, I noticed plainwaffles had jumped over the fence  and raided them. Perma ban being placed....also plain waffles are just gross

Well, foundations you can crawl under aren't all that secure in the first place.   Until he fixes that his fence line is a waste of materials.
