implemented Helicopter spawn on Pure

On pure there are a bunch of people trying to get heli all the time but he only comes every 2-3 hours. Several of us have been saying there should be increased spawn since that's the #1 thing people work towards.

Yes please do this! The problem I have been running into is that there are 3 heli bases within a very small are and atleast 5-6 people are trying to take it at once...

Alright im a little heated now because its literally been 10 or so heli's now over the course of like 3-4 days and theres 0 juice at all. Please buff heli spawn!

Not everyone appreciates the presence of the helicopter and I understand the frustration of missing out on heli kills because of it. I'll see about slightly tweaking the timer in your favor but other than that there's not much more I'm willing to do.
