Additional Info: Both boosted, crouch-jumped, and entered unsecured bases/quarries stealing whatever they could and authing on tc's. They built a loot base that only had a tc, beds, and boxes. TC and boxes were full of loot that matched the multiple bases missing items. When originally confronted they tried running away and didn't want to talk. They had items from one of the raids on their persons and threw it on the ground when confronted.
