Reason: Griefing by changing codes, raiding, looting.
Additional Info: Player was allowed a room in victim's base but was not given permission to take items from the victim's personal area or change door codes. They did both. Victim also placed a research table in a public area and told player that they could use that until they made their own. Player later removed the table and placed it in their room (all witnessed by admin). Victim then told them in chat to leave for changing codes and stealing. Admins witnessed the code change and theft.
